The folding seat I saw was well sorted. It was double-hinged and lays flat to make a deck.

One could slide a dog kennel [sized thing] into the back.

That's not a bad setup. Reminds me of the Chrysler's Stow-N-Go.

I was thinking about the Elio and Arcimoto today--specifically, I was wondering if they're doomed to fail from the get-go (well, Elio because it never actually had a get-go). Seems to me you get the worst of both of both worlds trying to combine a car and a bike, at least from a typical American perspective: none of the perceived safety of a car, but with a large footprint like a car; more efficient than a car, but not as efficient as a bike; enclosed cabin like a car, but you can't fit anything more than a person or 2, like a bike. Somehow, I doubt this Arcimoto is going to catch on.

(Sidenote: I wish them the best. The guy in charge of this company, Frohnmayer, is the brother of one of my professors in undergrad. She taught voice at PLU, and is now retired to Chicago. But she frequently posts on Facebook about what her brother is up to with Arcimoto!).

I posted a new video here: https://ecomodder.com/forum/showthre...tml#post574557.

You can see the production equipment they're bringing online.

What I take away is that they're as intent on the production facility as on the vehicle itself. And pursuing delivery and resort markets for fleet sales.

I was afraid it was Arcimoto Selling Price.

They're leaving a little headroom for doors?
