I think that % for penalties is probably the way to go.
I was joking about the EOC, it really doesn't matter to me. Other than the last 25 feet I wouldn't be doing it. But if someone wants to, all the power to 'em!

First page is updated, please let me know if anything else should be added or retracted. My wife and I have a Deaf event that night, so we will be leaving at a specific time, but we will be there and at least I will be competing, we just may have to leave at a certain time.

I do hope you Make it, but understand the hassles of life.  it would be awesome of we could make a decent turnout. The event near Toronto only had 16 cars, I believe. That would be awesome, but even five or so. It would be nice to have a good idea on who all is coming. |

I know myself and my wife will be leaving at a specific time, but Deaf time is subjective, anyway. I will be there early, for sire. Ihavr to go over to the area and check out a good spot we can meet up, park so on.

Well u could come straight down from the north but i would recommend adding a really long snorkel intake first 
I'm east side of the spot about an hour so maybe meet up b4 hand then
