I don't know how people in the U.S. treat West Virginia, the only time I actually remember talking with someone from West Virginia was the day I was walking the dog and found 2 guys from the LDS church lost in a nearby high-income neighborhood while they were trying to go to a slum which is actually not so far from where I met them. One of them was from West Virginia, the other from Haiti.

Sometimes it seems like an either-this-or-that situation...
Then another look must be taken, and there is another trucklet with a receiver hitch. And it's not so likely the hitch is there for a ghost-trailer...

I found that a tiny tow vehicle makes parking my trailer easier, so maybe that's the reason. Don't take much oomph to back it into the double dog leg parking spot or to pull it back out at less than 5mph.

I'm not so sure about this being the reason, yet it makes sense. Just notice how some airport tugs usually have a quite short wheelbase.
