And you expect the lab should say the old oil is good so that we dont need to sell more oil in the market. This is funny from your side!
Lets leave the so called labs and old thinking behind. Lets test it ourselves.

Do you measure the pH of the oil in your engine? Which oil do you use? How do you prevent oil sludge and the accumulation of water in the oil? Do you use vaseline to seal the air leaks on the air filter like the OilSaverChip website suggests?

I use full synthetic Castrol Edge TurboDiesel 5W-40 for my VW Passat 1.9 TDI 2003. According to the sticker the oil should be changed after max 15000 km or max 12 months. I drove now for 33000 km and 18 months. The oil is as new. If the oil is viscous and thin everything is ok. If it is thick and no viscosity then its bad.
I dont use any other additive for the engine. Every two months i clean the air filter with air pressure. The hummidity and the water in the oil is removed from the engine by heat and breather element of the engine. The point is that you should not leave the car long time without driving. I am talking for 3 and more months. The turbo pipeline can be clogged only if the oil is thick. When its thick it means it contains sludge, dust, rubbish. When it is thin and you check it on your finger its clean there is nothing to worry about.
My car is working very good. I dont see any difference and the oil has been used one time over its so called limits.

What is the highest mileage you have ever had on any car you owned?
Not MPG, total miles driven.

I'd like to see a full lab test of your oil at this point. That's the only way you'd convince me it is still OK. A simple visual and "feel" test aren't going to tell you spit.
I guess I don't understand your motivation to severely exceed all recommendations, other than a complete distrust of the oil industry...

There is no motivation against anybody, it is just a matter of common sense and nothing else.
In the other hand the oil producers and every other producer will put stickers on their products; change after 1 year, change after xx miles, use it twice a day, and stuff like this just for selling more and more. In my car i can confirm that the oil I used has succesfully passed a test driving double as what was recommended.
I will continue further with the same oil.

That's surely debateable...Our opinions on the subject couldn't be more different.
You must have saved like a hundred bucks by now!
Best of luck.

What changes the story is that Castrol Edge TurboDiesel is a longlife oil and its specified oil change interval by some manufacturers is 30 000kms, so doing 33000kms in 18 months isn`t really pushing it.
Also an 03 TDI has electronically-controlled injectors so it burns cleaner and makes fewer deposits in the oil.
But I`m very curious what the oil will be like in a year or two, so please report back to us Artan.
My current understanding is that by having:
- a quality synthetic oil
- an engine which burns clean and doesnt mix fuel with the oil
- a way to let absolutely no dirt in the air intake
- an easy driving style so the engine doesn`t torture the oil
you can go way longer with your oil.

Just a small correction Mr. Lowglider, Castrol Edge Turbodiesel 5W-40 isnt longlife (15000 km max or 12 months VW 505.01), Castrol Edge Turbodiesel 5W-30 is longlife (30000 km max or 24 months VW 507.00).
You are correct about TDI 03 has PD engine (pumpe Duse) direct injection nozzles. It really burns the fuel perfectly. It is very hard to see black smoke ever from th exaust, even at freezing start temperatures.
The oil has been changed 18 months ago as you can read in my previous posts.
Regards
Artan

Not Sure about you guys countries, but here in USA (land of I wish we got better power plants) 03 VW TDI is not PD, would be VE ALH.
Quick search on fueleconomy.gov shows that the ALH receives an air quality score of 0 (the worst possible score) our cars are great, but clean they are not.
The PD receives an air Quality score of 1 (still terrible, but better).
Side note: if you do have a PD I HIGHLY recommend you change you oil on time or before using high grade approved oil, they kill cams (cam drives injectors). Many many stories about this on tdiclub.com forums.
Good stories about driving style and used oil analisis in blackstones monthly email, basically the owner towed a significantly oversized camper for 5~6k driving flat out up several mountains and his oil looked average for his engine.
