Earth scale

When oilpan-4 mentioned the flare, I turned the equation backwards:
From the Sun, it would be hard to see Earth.
For all the 'space' a CME could 'go' to, actually striking Earth, from a distance of 1-Astronomical Unit would almost constitute a miracle.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Sun has a lot of 'latitude' and longitude', and a flare could emerge from any local on the Sun's surface.
'Facing' Earth.
'Facing away' from Earth.
'Facing a billion random directions'.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Sun is 'spinning.'
Things leaving the Sun experience the Coriolis Effect.
Things that have 'charge' would be affected by the Sun's magnetic field, the Interplanetary Magnetic Field, and the Galactic Magnetic Field, which all change with time.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I believe that Oilpan-4 has got his work cut out for himself, explaining how an Earth intercept with a flare could be calculated.

It's a legal precedent, in a rule-of-law nation.
You can be arrested, jailed, and imprisoned for what you say.
During WW-I you could be shot dead on the streets of the USA and Police would look the other way.
'Rights' are legal fictions.
'Rights' DO come from pieces of paper and other retrievable data sources.
'Rights' DO come from government.
Get a Black's Law Dictionary and have at it.

CME... WIRE

We haven't always respected the Constitutional restriction on governmental overreach. Study 'false flags'. Start with January the Sixth. Then all Japanese-Americans in WWII.

Thank you for getting WIRED right.

I thought it was understood that I'll never be looking at that website for the rest of my life.
If you can reduce the citation to something directly from NASA/ JPL, I'll be happy to look at that.
As to 'government overreach' you all better read a decent copy of 'The Art of War' by Sun Tsu, and 'The Prince', by Machiavelli.
You'll remain 'clueless' the rest of your lives until you do.

I started with P. D. Ouspensky's Tertium Organum: The Third Canon of Thought, a Key to the Enigmas of the World. Then moved on to Arthur M. Young's Reflexive Universe and The Geometry of Meaning. I don't see how you can be well grounded without those.

The explainer for the ENLIL Spiral was for the lurkers.

WSA-Enlil is a large-scale, physics-based prediction model of the heliosphere, used by the Space Weather Forecast Office to provide 1-4 day advance warning of solar wind structures and Earth-directed coronal mass ejections (CMEs) that cause geomagnetic storms.. ENLIL is a time-dependent 3D MHD model of the heliosphere. It solves equations for plasma mass, momentum and energy density, and magnetic field, using a Flux-Corrected-Transport (FCT) algorithm. Its inner radial boundary is located beyond the sonic point, typically at 21.5 or 30 solar radii.

I reject your premise. You're arguing from ignorance.
For 'Rights' and 'Government' the two I listed is essential reading.
And if your two authors are well read, then they've read the two books as well.

I just shared a NASA link about their capability to predict space weather intercepting Earth's orbit.
