A tank that makes no engine noise and has very little thermal signature could be good. But where do you charge it?
But I recall the dod was forced to waste money on a hybrid hmmvw that the army ultimately rejected when Obama was in office. And the navy was forced to waste money buying $35 to $50 a gallon renewable jet fuel around the same time.
