2006 Corolla in Show Low with 168,000 miles for $1,500

We actually know the seller and I wondered what they were going to do when the car was side swiped. Car-part has a door and fender for $180. This would be worth over $4,000 fixed up: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...44105847286077

I never turned off notifications from when I bought my Camry. Someone posted a newer prettier car with fewer miles for the same price or less. I had planned on selling the Accord, but if I bought another car I would need to sell one immediately.

Only the Camry was ready to sell, but it turned out the other car had been in an accident, the seller owned the car for a few months, not several years, it had 300,000 miles, and the license plate from another car.

I learned all of that from CarFax, which a friend got new for a discount.

If I bought the Corolla I would need to sell a car immediately and it only needed a fender and door, so I hoped to sell it down in Phoenix after driving down to get the parts, and then use the proceeds to fund my habits...like food and rent.

That would finance many repairs and I might even be able to afford having someone who knows what they are doing do it, or at least buy the proper tools.

Unfortunately, while this was the exact car that I tried to find two months ago, but Facebook didn't notify me. I saw it the next day when I looked for something else. I felt that I needed to convince Mom before trying to buy yet another car, but she wouldn't be up for hours.

I asked the seller if her son was okay and she responded that the sale is pending.

Mom snoozes I lose.

I didn't care about the son anyway!

1999 high-mileage autotragic Civic somewhere in Arizona for $1,450.

Quote:
3 owner of the car. Its been in the family sense day1 so have most records for it. We’ll taken care of car every thing works including ac cruise control power windows and locks! Engine light is on not sure why selling because got a new car.
The CEL could signify something catastrophic, but I am sure that the parts on a running Honda are worth at least that much. Honda Civic - $1,450 (Senita)

If the light is solid on, it means a smog related failure and you should get it "serviced" / repaired asap. If it's blinking, it indicates impending system failure. The current owner either knows what's wrong and is unwilling to deal with it, or is exceptionally carefree.

My sister being one of the care free, drove with a check engine light on for 5 years

Did I really need to create a new thread for this? Apparently JR bought a manual 2004 Civic for $1,400. He said it was more than he would usually spend, but it is in great shape.

I have never seen a car this nice for this little. Cars in Arizona go for a couple times as much!

2008 manual Yaris in Phoenix for $800

Unspecified mileage and they don't say if it is running, but I am sure the parts are worth more than that!

You'd have to take it apart first.

Cars are stupid expensive right now! I will just continue to drive my 30 mpg Saturn L200/5. If used prices ever come down I may still build a VW Diesel.

I know where there is a 1979 Dasher diesel that needs a TDI retro-fitted.

...in Oregon!
