I don't think most facebookers can operate a manual.

$2200 green manual Mirage "within 200 miles" of me in NC:
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...6847787159357/
Might be able to get it for $1500.
My friends want me to get a car with a passenger capacity greater than 1, but I like my Insight too much to change cars, even if it is "citrus"!
Also a manual 05 Civic sedan for $995 at a dealership. Price has been slowly going down over the many weeks it's been listed (Originally listed at $1995). Another case of a small dealership not being able to move a car out fast enough, as it was with my Civic. I can attest to the fact that these cars can get well over 35 MPG highway!

Someone please explain to me how a Forester with a bad head gasket is worth $1,500--with a salvage title?! I always say that I would have needed to fight to sell mine for $1,000.
The owner calls replacing the head gasket part of the 100,000 checkup and maintenance.
I argue that it should be done with the timing belt. Allegedly the mechanic was supposed to replace a pulley, didn't, and that caused the head gasket to blow at 150,000 here in Show Low, while they were visiting from Tucson.
"Tires are in great condition (two within 1 year old)"--mismatched--on an AWD.
The condition is salvage, but the title is clean?
You know, it is weird, it took me so long to replace the head gasket on my Forester that I always wanted to do it again, figuring that I would be able to do it much faster without the drama that was going on.
I am unsure how long it took to replace the head gasket in my Civic, but she still isn't running.
Anyway, not 35 MPG. Sorry, I will see my way out: https://showlow.craigslist.org/cto/d...984655706.html

That's what I got for a Forest Green Superbeetle.
Half what it was worth.

Needs new battery around $100 and shocks I believe 300-400. Other then that everything is good. Personally changed fluids regularly. 163k miles, great clutch, hybrid battery is in good condition. Any questions text me with a good time to call back or I can simply reply by text. I work six days a week so I don't have time to do the shocks/struts myself. The AC needs to be recharged. And the metal Todd that hold the hood up doesn't have a clip to hold it in place when you put it down. No big deal it stays in place. I love this car it's not everyday that you find a standard hybrid Civic. I've only seen one other. Also from bumper has cracks but that has no effects on safety inspection. The previous owner did the damage pulling out of a parking space during a snow storm. The snow turned to ice and froze to the bumper. When he backed out the bumper cracked. NO ACCIDENTS AT ALL.

So, what is really wrong with the air conditioner? There is nothing wrong with my checking account, it just needs to be topped off!
