Of course the alternatives seemed to be worse because they were known quantities. Obama was whatever you imagined him to be. At least to those who voted for him. The empty vessel turned out to be just that, empty.
It's ironic the one candidate that has been out there in the last 20 years that is the most real world, common man, popular executive was immediately vilified like none before. The one that took on bureaucracy and big corporations. Fought for jobs and clean environment. So vilified most will never even attempt to seek the truth of her accomplishments and what she does really stand for and why she was crushed by both sides of the powerhouses in DC.
And then we have Hillary with scandal after scandal after scandal, hundreds of millions of dollars made, hardly a specific accomplishment ever.

Agreed, but everything is politics. Politics is why this Elio is not getting made, and why it needs to be made, and why it doesn't need to be made.

I guess I need to be more specific: partisan politics gets threads locked. Office politics and local politics, probably not.
Paul Elio is why the Elio is not getting made.
