Good to see the aerodynamic refinements. I wonder if they were able to improve the rear seat headroom? I am 6'-4" and I fit into the P4, but my head was touching the roof. Oodles of room in the front seat, though.

Is it? I wonder, how many prototypes does any other manufacturer make when introducing a new model? Usually they are grabbing quite a bit from parts bins on lines they already produce as well, for Elio every component is new.

2008 to 2015 = 7 years to reach P5 = 1.4 years per P
At that rate the last (currently scheduled) prototype P30 will come out ~35 years from now.

- raised the hood to conceal the parked windshield wiper
- lengthened and rounded the nose (looks like they're lowering the stagnation point if I had to guess)
Anything else?

Well AMC did rate it as a key feature of the Pacer.
Maybe they could have gone all DTM and left it vertical ?

Well... Don't keep us hanging. Hydrophobic windshield?
Is that a Roman numeral one, or a self-referential Freudianism.
Edit: I'd have sworn there was another post after Arragonis. Oh, well.

So, the $2,000 Chinese trikes are street legal in the US?

I think so. That Zap line was Chinese built, and that 3-wheel scooter I've had almost 5 years is street legal [ ] - so is that "Chairiot" (4-wheel wheelchair car) being sold in SoCA now.
I bet I see a Chinese Elio with more waiting!

Have any of you seen this? I am actually trying to fix my car so this is an interesting distraction. Back to work!
