Maybe with an aluminum block and heads, but a 215 cubic inch Buick is certainly adequate.

Considering how the Chevrolet 153 engine can be fitted to a Kombi, and it used to be an option for swaps in South Africa, the Buick V8 would be already overkill. But the cool factor of a V8 is undeniable.

A rumble seat in the rear package area is 8" higher than the rear seat. I think it should be sized for smol persons.
