This photograph was February 17, 1972. To commemorate when the Volkswagen Beetle .... finally surpassed by total Model T production of 15,007,034. There is both Beetle and super-beetle in the photo.

Actually, it's a replica of a Curved-dash Oldsmobile, from the turn of the last century.

....with little wings on the front to keep it down. 
It looks like the seat has been set down into the body as well.

The funniest part is I have a curved dash Oldsmobile at the house! But I didn't see the resemblance... :-( -lol
