Nice. Is the market down right now? Hmmm?

All metal (including the rear fenders)? Run a magnet over it to gauge how thick the
Bondo is. I'm not a fan of the wheels, but that's an easy fix.

I'm with freebeard, and cripple rooster. How much of it is metal, how buggered up is it, and for me it needs turn signals in the front along with both bumpers for parking in the president colored store lot.

I have already seen some Beetles with the turn signals integrated to the headlights. On a sidenote, I like those retractible semaphore turn signals.

The 1958 Canadian Beetle had semaphores and the big back window. Here's mine:

Yeah, but no holes in the door pillar for flag signals, didn't look like rossi headlamps. Could turn off the appropriate headlight. Probably illegal in Cali.

Oh, well...

It mean you could do this instead (I don't want to [further] cut up the Canadian Beetle):

Note the door-tops are cut down to put a curve in the front into the windshield.. The curve across the back of the cockpit can be lifted from an El Camino. The deck and rumble seat should be pin-striped and varnished wood, like a Chris-Craft boat.
