A chin spoiler could help hide some of the cooling system parts. They were a popular add-on for cars of the era.

There is a plan that I had discussed many pages ago.
The bullbar / curb protection that I am considering will be completely hidden behind what is visible from the outside.

The short Prius V antenna wouldn't look good there and is going to be behind the corner of the convertible top. There is presently a hole back there where the previous owner had mounted a ham radio antenna.

CB got rolling in the early 1960s. And any car from that era would look wrong without an extendable antenna. Admittedly, I’m a bit of a purist, but there’s something to the look it may have had within a year of purchase. Some elbow room to “dead stock”.

Well, I still have my old 40-channel CB that I can put back into the car.

First... I am OK save for some sore ribs from where the airbag hit me in the chest.
Thank GOD my passenger and I were wearing our seatbelts. I won't let the car move without everyone buckled. My passenger was in the hospital briefly and released. The police told me that we were the innocent victims of a road-rage incident between the occupants of two other cars. I was doing 30mph at the time. The other car must have been doing 60mph when it hit me. I honestly never saw it coming.
Also thank GOD for Toyota's engineering. All of the impact was absorbed by the front of the car. The passenger cabin was undamaged. The car is totaled, but two of us are still here to talk about it.

Hope you both recover well and get things sorted out.
The Firebrid can wait, even while we were hoping for further development soon.
