The hybrid battery has been fully discharged for 2 years, which is the safest way to store it. I will be buying a re-charger system when the time comes.

I was excited about the heated garage, but the year hiatus completely takes away from it!

Yeah, the wait will be hard for me too. The architect hasn't even started on the plans yet. Ground breaking on the house should be about March / April unless we get a warm late fall.

In withdrawal over not being able to work on the Firebrid during sunny summer days...
Once the old house in Ohio is sold I'll be able to get the new one onto the builder's schedule. It is SO HARD TO WAIT!!!

Well, it's not Summer anymore, and the house in Ohio is still up for sale. I sure miss working out in the garage...

That "not selling" part is a surprise in this market. Hang in there. Sooner or later it has to change. Think about a price modification come new year if it is still on the market.
