Go Away Garage
This was posted yesterday on Go Away Garage. Obviously a '58 Caddy, But the contour of the top around the drip rail and window tops suggests to me that a VW bus top was grafted on.
Maybe it's an air/wheel drive hybrid.

Have we been calling that by the wrong name all the time?
How could we sink so deep?
If it were submersible for real it can't be an eco ride... subs are heavy!
