I'm guessing that the 0.21 is from the flat black Model 3 I showed, with it's flush wheels, etc. I doubt the turbine wheels allow a Cd that low.

George Hurst invented the Jaws of Life for use on racecar tracks and chose as the delivery vehicle the AMC Gremlin:

Dr. A. Morelli would approve. By the time bureaucrats were done with it, the delivery vehicle had grown to a 1 ton truck.
Edit: I see Bombshell Betty is sporting a new wing:

An idea on how the active Aero Brakes may have ben set up. Probably more complex than my sketch. As more brake force is applied, more G-Force is exerted on the counter weight, in turn lifting the spoiler higher, increasing down force and Cd to show the rig by friction brake and drag...
---
This idea could be applied with a side to side mechanism as well .. So that extra down force is developed when needed...in yaw more down force on one side (like at Bonneville) to counter the high speed wiggles.. or in road course driving..

If you move your post to an appropriate thread, I will move this comment.
I have no idea what the forces involved are, but for an example, lets use a 120lb weight that moves 1 inch. There will be losses via leverage from some angles in the linkage, but you only have 10ft-lb to work with.
The force required to raise the air brake will grow with air speed.
