From another forum, snow shaped by the wind on an Aygo which just happened to be facing into it.

Ponders.

Ponders.
Aygo "Breadvan" FTW!

a few bits of card could mock up a small kammback on the aygo a treat, it'd not even have to go much beyond the rear bumper..

Also an interesting look at the effects of the radio antenna.

It could be the compounded effect of the snow or just the base of the antenna - air coming up over the screen and then being spread by the mounting base which is right at the front.

Also ponders.

EDIT - just at the top of the screen is a dip - a channel for drainage.

Tried before in plastic but the issue is attaching it - there is no tailgate on these cars, just a glass hatch.

On my e36 coupe, the Radio Ariel was built into the windscreen pillar- actually INSIDE the car..could you do something similar- really just a case of cutting the cable shorter and some earthing in behind a trim panel?

I'm assuming the hatch has some hinges at the top- can they be unscrewed and a thin piece of metal be inserted betwen the Glass and the hinge? means you could mount to those points, have U brackets of metal coming out, allowing you to build a frame off them? It may also mean the Kamm lifts up with the hatch and doesnt get damaged?

I've done a rough sketch.. (I'm closer to Piccasso than Monet..)

Looking for a replacement - there are shorter ones but the base is going to be tricky.

It is more or less like this, will take a ponder. I'm kind of reluctant to move the tailgate too much as the bugs are prone to leaky rears (steady) but mine is dry so far. And it is inside the warranty, and new, and shiney...

I did ponder replacing it with an (older) Diesel Aygo from Fife the other week...
