This isn't a military theme paint job, but just to let you guys know this is done using regular water base ( ! ) acrylic craft paint on my car as a test.
The paint has remained on the car throughout a year of rain and Texas heat, all without peeling or fading. I used no primer at all, but the paint had a dull finish when i painted this .
I can still remove it though using soap and water and some scrubbing. Cheap, Eco-Friendly ( waterbase non toxic acrylic craft paint ) and removable.
Beats using spray paint !

The paint-like product I like is PlastiDip.
I've used it so far on a bike frame and car wheels. If you search on YouTube you'll find it's a surprisingly durable, low-cost version of a full vinyl wrap. Available in any color you can mix up, with top coat glossifiers, metallisizers and pearlizers—not to mention florescent colors.
I plan to use it to undercoat my panel van, instead of POR-15 or Rhino coating. It's all been media blasted but there would be a ton of work to get it ready for paint. So I will pressure wash it and spray 4 or 5 coats of PlastiDip. And the Rader Mag wheels that are an aluminum center with steel rim will be Real Aluminum with a Pearlizer.
There's the original plastiDip which it thick enough to dip tool handles in, then there's Plastip S which is thinned 50% for spraying, but with 100% more pigments so it still covers well.

Just about to paint my eighth oil rig on the side of my car for 800+ gallons saved over EPA . Any suggestions on the 1000 gallon symbol?

I am probably going to eventually replace the doors with something sturdier. They are coroplast election signs, and they tend to warp in the sun.

I commented with a plug for EM. That's two MPG Militia machines shared on Jalopnik! Can we get a third?
