Why not put all modding projects in one subforum, for modding projects (big and small), and projects only ?
Now they're hidden all over the forum.

We already have a project library, but for some reason it gets much less attention than it deserves.

I'm just waiting for a nice round number to come up in the library - like 200 projects - before raising its profile.
It's on the list. Sigh.

I'd have to go with Dave Cloud's "Dolphin". It pushes the envelope in so many ways and a cost of only around $3000. It's just mind-blowing.
3-Wheeler's insight tail extension is a close second. He just has an insane level of attention to detail and polish on the project... not to mention documentation.

You are now at or over 200 I did not know about this feature, is it needed though? We have the wiki with links to projects sorted in more detail then this. I see them as having a lot of overlap.

Thanks, Ben!
There's overlap for sure. I've thought about it though, and it's worth developing them in tandem, and cross-linking. One advantage of the library is that it can be integrated into the forum db in more detail.
EG: these items could be programmed to appear automatically:
In your profile or sig: "This member has X items in the EM project library. Click to view."
In your garage/vehicle details: "This vehicle has X project threads: (list/click to view)"
The wiki obviously provides more detail & examples in one location, and cross-linking would leverage that.

I like the idea of a sig with x projects in the library. hoe about building it in next to the post counts on the side?
we could then have a good idea as to a members talk vs action %. It would give more credit to people who have experience.

Yesterday would have been nice
But I can wait, or give me the mod power and I might be able to do the work
