Somehow, I missed it, too! I'll start linking to it -- already did on Facebook...

Unfortunately, it's not a simple mod permission/control panel thing. It's the whole kit & kaboodle, php programming, mess it up and crash the forum thing. Admins only! But the offer is much appreciated.

Ought to be able to share the existing vB code with select folks, who can then use the LAMP, WAMP, MAMP approach to develop features and test, then send a patch (changed code only) back to the BMOC who can also verify functionality before integrating and pushing live.

(I'm sure the vB code (and some sample database data) could be shared (and access controlled) through one of the many source control options out there, like svn, git, cvs, etc)

Trying to think of ways to help here... Lots of great things that could be done by many qualified folks... Many of us are used to working in a virtual work environment already anyway.

It's tough, but I'll have to vote for the Insight tail, as it's the most likely one that I'll be using myself. Although the full electric Dolphin is quite amazing!

My mistake - thanks for pointing it out. I'd nominate myself for bringing affordable grid chargers to the Insight community, but I don't think it's proper, as I haven't spent enough time documenting it on this site. I'll be sure to vote when the time is right!

I'll nominate Mike Dabrowski 2000 for his affordable, universal hybrid grid charger based on off-the-shelf power supplies.
