The delsol part of the title kinda looks like it could be deIsol... I guess someone could confuse it.

Thanks, much appreciated!!!
I will get the dimensions Sunday. Its really cold right now and I'm having a hard time going out and working on it. Plus my wifes cars thermostat went out and I have to fix it first.

You want I should just take some arbitrary measurements, like the width bottom and top, and OAL from top to bottom, etc?

I could SWEAR you said it was diesel. (or maybe I saw the 1.6 and assumed it was a diesel) WOW your getting 74 freaking mpg on a gasser and a 1.6 no less! Insanely impressive.
ahhh Figured it out. I started from page one and the first line I read was this
My turbo-delsol- aero mods
my brain fart glossed over turbo-desol and read turbo diesel :-) my bad.

LOL Thanks Man!!!
I contribute the great mileage to my home built lean burn prechamber.
This is something I have been developing for the last ten years.
Its not perfect either. It still has one draw back. Its producing higher then allowed NOx levels. I have a few ideas on how to fix this but it will have to wait until next year.

Are you running hot, or just lean?
Were there any other direct measurements you can think of that you'd need off that hatch?

Not to answer for OP, but if I understand correctly, it's basically the same type of prechamber that IDI diesel engines use to pre-combust the gasses in a rich environment, forcing the initial pressure pulse to ignite the rest of the very lean mixture, preventing pre-ignition *detonation* from occurring and damaging the cylinders.
Please, if I'm not correct, correct me. I never really got a good description on it.

Old school diesels used it to help ignition and reduce noise and other ill effects of a harsh combustion shock wave. Might be more better info on it if you google it.

I running both. Intake temps when in lean burn mode anywhere from 140*F to 190*F
Lean burn mode from 19:1 A/F ratio high load (acceleration to climbing hills) to 25:1 steady state cruising speed. I'm hoping to get it up to 30:1 in SSCS mode.
I think the measurements you said earlier in the post will get what I need?
