On a sidenote, at least one week before the Coronavirus outbreak became this media circus, there has been some bush fires decreasing the air quality in certain areas, which could become a trigger for respiratory diseases. While walking the dog, even I felt sick but it was clearly related to a bush fire nearby. And at least in São Paulo, the governor João Dória Jr. has ordered EMS physicians to declare every death during their
medical interventions as "suspect of Coronavirus". It's a clear attempt to push the public opinion against Bolsonaro. At least one media conglomerate (Bandeirantes) had been bought by the Chinese dictatorship a few years ago, not to mention the crisis at Rede Globo.

EDIT: A little more research shows Michigan is doing trials in hospitals using hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine.

Michigan is specifically concerned about:
