Nominate your favourite mod project/test for next month's prize
(Moving this from the News & Announcements forum to EcoModding Central to perhaps gain a bit more exposure.)
Nominate any mod project (or test) that was started, documented or has had significant progress in the current month.
Afterwards we'll vote, and the winner gets a fabulous EcoModder prize. Also fame & fortune! (OK, typically we've been sending an EcoModder t-shirt if the winner remembers to give us their mailing address.)
I'll start the nominations with...

I'm also nominating the Atomic Ass for his clever, simple mod to his Suzuki Burgman 400 CVT. He added wheel weights to the gear pulley to effectively raise his gearing:

I'm also nominating Tasdrouille for his ingenious SpeedHolez (TM) concept/business. Normally we don't accept ideas in this contest (would prefer to see actual work done), but in this case, the sheer brilliance of the idea justifies it.

Sean T's under $8 "aero" mirror replacement:

I really like the simplicity, low cost, and fairly significant frontal area reduction while still staying legal

I'm nominating Bob's excellent evaluation of rear window airflow and testing of AirTabs vortex generators on his gen 1 Prius:

I'm nominating Darin's non invasive pedestrian awareness system he recently installed in the forkenswift. Sorry I can't provide a link, I doubt the installation was documented, but Darin can surely at least post a picture.

Ha! I have no chance against the other mods!
The bell installation was sort of documented (2 photos) in the gigantic build thread. Link to post: http://ecomodder.com/hreshowthread.p...ost105200.html
I'm going to make a video of it, which I probably won't post until next month though.
