Whats the status with the contactor control on the main board. When will it be implemented? Just asking as i don't want to have to mess about with a precharge timer.

It will be implemented "soon". By soon, I don't know. haha. By the way, this is page 255, which means we are almost out of byte territory! We can do it! Come on 256 = 0b100000000

Do you know how long it took me to figure out why your moneybag in THE LEGEND OF ZELDA video game would top out at 255!?!?! I only figured that one out a few years back!
I'm also interested in the contactor control. Right now, I have the yellow wire labeled "for future expansion"...

It is a sad day when you realise you have been playing with digital electronics and microprocessors so long that you can do mental arithmetic in hexadecimal.
When looking for things always starts as a binary sort in your head....when any number that is not a power of two is annoying...when you wish that the first logic chip had been based on +5V, 0 and -5V so that an 8bit bus would give you 6561 not 256.....it is a disease I tell you with no known cure!!
That is about the time you decide that a change of career is essential.

Hey Paul. Been looking at the assembly instructions, and the parts lists. If you build one that way, are the rest of the pieces available from your website? (mosfet clips, covers, aluminum baseplate, etc). All total (according to the wiki) both boards would come out around 350.00. How much more would it be to complete? Watt.

We don't have the base plate for sale. I think it would be relatively easy to buy a 11"x8"x3/8" aluminum plate, and carefully drill the 4 holes for mounting the heat spreader. If you are going the ultra diy route, I wouldn't use our website necessarily. It's sort of expensive, since it's stinking time consuming drilling the stupid heat spreader and bus bars and stuff like that.

I added a Settings page on the wiki - you'll also find a table there for user controller settings. My thinking is that people can add their settings to the table so that new users can have a place to start with regards to settings.
Check it out, add your settings, edit the page as you see fit!

Hi All I don't know what my settings are. They are what the factory sent me.
When I take off it is very smooth and I like it. But pressing on the accellerator
does nothing except shows more amps being used. You just have to wait on the rpm's
for more speed. I have about 200 miles on it and nothing has broken.
