Paul.
As I have been hinting on other forums try ferrite beads.

Google: OFFSET CAPACITANCE IN MOSFET GATE WITH FERRITE BEADS ( with out shouting, of course......)

If you have room they can be slipped over the lead of the each resistor, might be hard to get over the gate leads but as you will see that is where they work best........

Share nappy changing?! haha, I get to change ALL the diapers. I'm not sure how exactly it happened, but it's the rule.

I ordered a solder sucker iron today, since it's friggen annoying getting all the solder out of the gate resistor holes.

Congtats Paul. May you and your family enjoy a wonderful Christmas. One day when your new son is a bit older, he will be very proud of his dad for all he has accomplished to make this a better planet

My hope and prayer for 2012 is the breakthru to the ultimate EV, and this is the group that gets it done.

Look Ma~~~~~No Power Cord!!!!!!!!hehehe

Just wanted to say congratulations to you Paul for the new addition to the family and a job well done on the new controller. Hope your Christmas was the best ever (I'm sure it was with the birth of your child)!

How do you mount PCBs perpendicularly to another flat surface?! I need some sort of hardware for that. I'm getting mad. For the last 2 friggen hours I've been searching for some stupid thing like that. I don't want to waste time making somethign like that every dang time. It's not for this controller though. Ben's got something sneaky and cool planned, and I've been working on that one today, and I need to friggen mount something vertically!!! I'm seriously going to punch myself right in the head if I don't find it.

quarter inch thick lexan, you can drill and tap holes into it from the edges. it's thick enough for a 10-32 to screw into it. cut out strips on a table saw, then cut them to to length (rectangles) with a band saw and a stop, and then make a little stop to hold them in your milling machine vice. do one step at a time in every part. it's easy to take them in and out of the vice, just set the depth stop on the mill and then you can drill one hole into each part. then move the stop and drill another hole, etc.

i can't think of a better way, but there might be something...anyway that's what i would do
