Welcome back Paul.
If the hardware is complete enough, how about sending me one of the controllers. I'll install it in my truck while you are working on the software. Then when the software is ready, I will be ready to load it and go.

HAHA Jerald! Victorious! (your signature)
OK that sounds like a good idea. I've been under the proverbial gun to finish a touch screen leakage resistance thingy for my job so that's all I did last week. And by finish, I mean, do 2 completely new boards from scratch. I'll mail it up there. The code is just about ready without too much debugging necessary, but I'm sure a few tests will be needed.

Thanks Paul that would be great if I could get started. My wife has been bugging me to get the truck back on the road and it will help if it looks like I'm working on it. That said, take the time you need for code debugging - I would rather you fine bugs than me.

If it makes a difference to your code, my accelerator pot resistance values are:

zero pedal - 4775 ohms
contactor closes - 4650 ohms
full pedal - 5 ohms

I see in your earlier post I will need a get a pickit 2 to install Paul's code.
Will your web based control panel also require an install in the controller or will it be bundled with Paul's operating code?

I'm not up on micro-controllers, so I may be asking for help to get thing working.

All 3 are essentially equally done, but one is more equal than the others (animal farm. haha)
I really don't think the code is going to take too much testing, but will probably be a few tries (less than 10 compiles is my guess).

I'll send the stuff so that you guys make the end caps all fancy. It won't take too much time. I'll also let you add the lugs. I'll include them. I'm excited about getting this thing rolling (leaving a couple details to you), since it's 150 CELCIUS outside right now, and we now have another family that just moved in with us, and our living room is filled with their stuff while they save for an apartment, and I have one little room, and a 2 year old screaming at my bedroom door because he wants me to carry him outside to catch a rabbit. LOL.

It will be a completely separate device and code.

hex ya it will be simple. I just finished the text file for hooking up the controller. One will probably ship today. Then I'll get Flores's outta hea hopefully by tomorrow. And then poor old Australia's not far behind.

Did you guys already send money for shipping? If not, could I trouble you for a warm glass of shut the heck up (happy Gilmore)? I mean a warm glass of money for shipping? haha. I don't know what it will const to ship. LOL. I just typed const instead of cost, because I've been C programming too much lately.

How about I ship things, and then tell you guys what it cost? Is the slow boat to china way OK for Mr. Olympia?

How about the 2 from the foreign lands (Amsterdam and Australia)?? What shipping method? I seem to remember the cost of parts only being like $3, so customs shouldn't be a problem.

Last time I think you used usps.. That went ok.
I'm not in a hurry, so cheapest and slowest is okay, as long as its got a tracking number..

Would be great if you can ship tomorrow.. tell me what you paid and 5mins layer it will be in your PayPal. Have you still got the address? I'll PM that to you..
