I'm getting nothing on this controller's serial. I think I made some changes. I haven't tested the serial since before leaving for Washington in May (at which time it was working. haha). I need to see what I may have commented out or whatever.

Actually, it is working for me (I had opened the wrong port). It's not echoing back to the screen, but is responding to commandsf (so, it doesn't show me typing config, but is writing all the stuff on the screen). Did you do all lowercase "config"
and hit enter afterwards?
If you keep hitting enter, does it keep saying the same thing? Or has it frozen up?

Does it matter which current sensor connects to which connector on the board?

Hi Paul,
I have ordered one of those Picket things,
I expect i will be sending you lots of questions!

I'm looking forwards to being able to spin the rear tires

Question - what happens if I give it too much welly with an LSD - both tires spin

It should kick sideways - I hope I can catch it before the hedge does

Hi Flores. Nope, it doesn't matter which one plugs in where. I think the lengths work out best if the shortest sensor plugs into the connector that's closest to the copper sheets. Then the medium length sensor wire in the middle connector, and longest wire to the bottom connector.
"Question - what happens if I give it too much welly with an LSD - both tires spin."
What??!! Haha. What is welly and LSD?

I'll take a stab at this one. Welly probably refers to rubber boot / gum boot / waders, you know the ones. Black knee high rubber boots for splashing in mud and puddles.

Giving it more welly is pushing the accelerator more. Pushing you foot further on the accelerator or pushing your welly further. Thereby giving it more welly.

Just a guess.
