Revolt AVR ISP pinout?

Hello - hoping this thread is still alive by chance. I bought Paul and Sabrina's PCB boards a few years back, finally got them together. Trying to put initial programming on, can't seem to find the Atmega with USBtinyISP- Device Signature not found, coming back all 0's. Does anyone have the pinout diagram for the 6 pin header on the rev 2c board? Some earlier thread say the pins were mixed up but not sure if it is applicable to this board revision.

Thank you

Hello! Yes, the 6 pins are mirrored, so that you have to solder the 6 pins to the bottom of the board, and then the standard plug will go straight in. I don't have any boards right now. I had everything we owned stolen the day we moved to Kansas City. It was all in our moving truck, along with our car in tow. So, I don't have the boards right now, but I can send you the gerber files for the boards.

Our community is just that - a community

I expect that many of us will help Paul when he needs help. It's what we do. So I posted the link.

I was a bit behind on the threads .. could it be over a MONTH already? .. didn't know about Paul and his family losing everything they owned until this morning

New player has entered the game

Hi all.
Firstly I would like to thank Paul for getting us all to this point. It might be a little late to the party but to me it is all knew and without the amazing work by Paul and everyone else, I wouldn't be finally realising my dream of owning an electric car.

I hope Paul had your family have recovered from your resent troubles.

Now to the meat of my thread. I have bought a converted car that was not running. After all my testing I believe the high voltage portion of my 200v 500amp (I believe) controller is at fault. So this weekend the controller is coming out to be repaired. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thankyou all for the depth of the information on this thread. I hope to one day say I have read everyone. I'm currently on page 200.

Ok Update.
I was able to finally extract the controller from the vehicle. All 10 Mosfets where fried, I mean well overloaded. The 10 resistors coming off the PWM R36 - R45 all seem to be open circuit too.
Any idea of what can cause that?

Also the resistors R36 - R45 look like they have been replaced at on stage, my circuit diagram shows 20 Ohm resistors, but they are 10 Ohm resistors.

Hi Goan! Could you email me at pandspowerelectronics@gmail.com, and I can email you what I have. I don't know how to post things on a website.

Thanks Thingstodo!

Faltig, could you post a picture of the board? The normal control board just has GR1 to GR10 for the gate resistors (22 Ohm usually). 10 Ohm each would be bad. That means 10 in parallel is 1 Ohm total, but the gate driver can do maybe 12 amp peak maybe, and that would be 12amp peak, which is the absolute max it can handle.

Hmm, I don't recognize that board. It has 5 pins for connecting to the mosfets, but if that cable was not REALLY short, you were going to have a failure. How long was the path from the 5 pin connector to the mosfets? Also, you really should have 1 gate resistor per mosfet.
