The mirror monitors are each side of the main display. I also made some isolator swiches on a small panel, including the horn. Last year it had a spell of the alarm going off. The nearside camera is in the boot. They weigh 580g including cables

...I tidy cables sometime

Thanks, I would say buy woven glass first. Here you can buy 600g for £3 a metre so its not such a loss. The sun, heat and just the stuff going off fairy all effect wether it goes off to quick or in 3 weeks. Keep trying and if it annoys you go back to it the next day

(fun drive thing) I've ordered wheels and tyres to reduce the wheel rolling size by 118mm..just for race gags. Although I may have to make arches so it does'nt look too silly..

More work..

Initially I didn't buy new wheels for speed, they're 3.1kg's lighter per wheel (inc tyre) so will save a bit on fuel. The angular momentum weights are a small with the offset, for me anyway

It took a day or so to get used to the monitor mirrors but they do cover blind spots and save time when driving. Once the bumper is redesigned to reduce the frontal area I'll do a mpg check (may be winter then though).

Thanks numbers guy, you were right, they were the touring wheels

I weighed twice and the tyres are 6kg and the wheels 4.8. I've also ordered some more sweet stuff

I don't have time to make the carbon one this year so bodged the original for the time being. Increased the rake of the centre section by 20°
