More or less where I am now:


Now, a question...seeing as how I'm eliminating a/c, which part of this can I get rid of? Are both fans for the rad?

I'm in the midst of doing this same swap with my 90 hf right now. Just waiting on a few more bits and pieces. Planning on doing the swap next weekend.

To address your drivers side mount issue, yank both crank pulleys and timing covers. That cast iron bracket will come of d15b6 block and swap over to the z1.

Yep. I've done it many times.

Where did you find your EGR box? I didn't realize I would need one.. unless because I have a civic I already have the right one maybe?

Nah, you don't have an egr thing...I found someone on honda-tech and paid out the nose for it,
