IIRC there is a bleeder screw on top of the thermostat housing on your engine.
Try opening that first.
Yes double check all your wiring first. I love the fact that you hid all the wires,I'm not that brave, so you gotta at least consider that.
Schultz.

The bleeder valve isn't actually on the tstat, but I'll fiddle with it more later.

Could the issue possibly be a bad ground?

Now my next question is this: I'm looking at wiring diagrams, and what I seem to notice is that on the 02, there are 4 wires bundled together in a braided wire casing (I'll be damned if I can remember what the real name is), so that metal wire casing need to be grounded?

Thankee

Yes Sir, that metal case is the E.M. shield for the wiring and it needs to be grounded.(usually through the connector itself)
And grounds are never a bad thing.
I have found in the past when I have a ghost prob. that sometimes just adding a dedicated ground from the Eng to the trans to the frame to the puter to the bat seems to work. Not necessarily in that order.
Not sure exactly why, it just does.
Old trick from a coworker many years ago.
Hope that helps,
S.

CEL 8 down, CEL 48 to go...

Too bad that's the scary one.

I also have a gunked up tb that won't let the throttle close and am still missing the driverside mount,

Well, none of the wires were blatantly wrong and rewiring the grounds and power to the ecu didn't help, still have a code 48,

I would stay away from ebay L1H2 O2 sensors. I remember people on GS having issues with them.

I'd complain to the importer who sold you the engine (just to complain ) and check out a junkyard for a used sensor. Hopefully you won't have to splurge the ~$300 Majestic asks.

In the end, you still come out ahead. You have a CVX now and the mileage it gets will be priceless.

No junkyard love around here, but I might be able to check around...

I'll prolly call and whine after I do all the voltage tests in the manual, . Hell, they might have a spare kicking around, seeing as how they're an importer. I checked the warranty and it doesn't cover sensors though.
