Do you have any pics of the view from the rear view mirror (you know as if your driving)? Oh, and you're a celebrity on here! GREAT WORK!

Above: true profile view

Hatch open

Hatch open, front view

View through the rear view mirror. (Yes, I'm parked at the side of the road, not driving along taking pictures!) The horizon is just below the trailing edge of the Kammback. The mirror is functional as-is, though if there were an easy way to lower its mounting point a few inches down the windshield glass, I'd probably do that.

wow, that profile picture is really good. I didn't realize how much the kammback improved the transition there until i saw that picture. That really helped me. Looks great!

Not sure what the dashboard of a Metro looks like, but you could see if it's possible to mount a mirror on the dash, like the original corvettes.

Thanks for that profile view!
The car looks so much better with the Kammback on.

Personally, I would have gone with flat matte black vs. the shiny stuff.
It would look more like a factory addition ( like the flat black areas on the rocker panels and bumpers of some cars.)

You have put so much work into trying to make it shiny though, so keep it that way !

Now sit back and enjoy your work !

I know that you ran A-B-A-B testing on the Kardboard Kammback, but since this is an entirely new, more smooth design, when will you have time to run some testing with this one ?

Also, have you considered window tint to tie everything together ? Even tinting the side windows will make the car look badass !

I'm not a fan of window tint - doesn't get hot enough here (for long enough) to justify the reduction in outward visibility, in my opinion.

Now that I've got the cruise control working again, I'll do an A-B-A when a day with good conditions (little to no wind) comes along.

COLD ROD Magazine wants to do a cover shoot with the Metro, and road test it for zero-to-sixty MPG .Whadaya say Pardner! They mentioned something about Bay Watch girls. Not sure about that one.Oh yeah, the Exxon guys across the street were complaining but some street hoods, callin' themselves Friends of Aerodynamic Renaissance Technology went over and defended your right to pass gas(stations) anytime you wanted, and said something "smelled" of anyone who'd stand in your way.Looks "Factory"! May the gas pumps smile upon you.

Buy a mirror reattachment kit that comes with the little button. $10.oo USD
(you are not forced to mount the mirror from the ceiling)
Get a mirror from some other GM product that hangs on said button. Even new is only $25.oo USD
Use kit to glue button anywhere you want on the windshield.
(Just to P.O. my brother once I put his mirror in front of the passenger seat.)
Mount mirror and enjoy altered viewing profile.
