Here's one for ya here in sunny central Florida. Looks like a clutch switch above the coin box though, might not be a great sign

If the battery is weak, you can keep the IMA light off by not using assist, which can be disabled with a clutch switch. However, it can also just be a sign of a hypermiler trying to get more manual control over the hybrid functions. I have one, for instance, and use it frequently.



EDIT: However, I don't see why it would matter in Florida, where there are no inspections.

He claims 60-70mpg... Maybe he's just a hypermiler... Most times a full grid charge helps weak IMA batteries, right?
