Can you expand on this 'Bill of Wrongs' thing and how it would benefit anyone?

I want 'the three' to post their takes, first.
There are boatloads "in evidence" regarding the basest elements of the base.

Why? What?

The first principle of the Bill of Wrongs: No level of government is allowed to kill human beings.
Details would be added.

Re: "Why?"
So it's not me posting my take and 'the three' trying to snipe it. So I can see what 'the three' have to say.

Should government have a monopoly on violence within it's borders?
Who are these 'three' to which you allude? How would they ever satisfy your comprehension?

'The three': fb, rp5, op4.
Is 'satisfy my comprehension' supposed to mean I don't understand their clear communications?

More a studied refusal.
As for this fb guy, I'd bet it's a process rather than a take fixed position.
edit: You last post in your own thread was 10-10-2020, 04:58 PM. Have you noticed that traffic on a subject of more interest to the gen pop.

Re: "Should government have a monopoly on violence within it's borders?"
Our federal government killing humans, especially 'over there,' is accepted as normal and/or necessary. No government should have the right to kill human beings.
Then the question arises: How do we stop unwanted behavior?

"Studied refusal" is an excellent example of your word choices and combinations being perplexing.

More Re: "Should government have a monopoly on violence within it's borders?"
That sounds like 2nd amendment (2A) anti-government militia stuff.

Governments minimize violence by claiming a monopoly on it. Ours leaves the door open by allowing easy access to most tools of violence, but still cracks down pretty hard on actual violent conduct- the 2nd Amendment doesn't make it legal to shoot people.
People are always going to harm people. Governments are collective organizations that do things for the groups of people that form them. I, personally, don't build bridges hire firemen or unilaterally decide what is so wrong that I will personally imprison or even execute people who do it. But we, collectively, do. And if we didn't do it collectively, a lot more individuals would do it themselves.
