I think the K&N filter comment is a joke.......

BECAUSE I SWEAR on my $20 membership, ecomodder.com sticker & scangaugeII that I NEVER said anything about a K&N filter!!!!!

My first car in 1975 was a 1966 mustang, baby blue, 200ci i-6, 3 speed automatic, 2.89 rear end. I installed a trip computer that I bought from JC Witthey...it tracked mpg!! I used to get 27+mpg at 70mph (no a/c)

I just like going against the flow. All the Q45 sites are about speed....I
m about mpg

The rearend ratio is 2.76 and the transmission is a 5 speed automatic w/ OD.
I'll see if I can find the last gear ratio.

I'd be a bit wary of that mirror fairing - looks like the frontal area below looks increased a fair amount.

In the 140k miles I've had only 2 flats.
Big lot had this 'kit' for 20 bucks.

pump and goop all in a nice zipper bag.

Might go get a few of those kits myself... Stick one in every vehicle I own...

Lessee... that's about $200 worth of them, if I really stick one in every vehicle I own/drive.

About $100 if I only stick them in the primary vehicles and the ones that I intend to fix/drive.

Just a driving tip: once you reach the top of the Grapevine, you can shut the engine off and coast nonstop for many miles.

Oh, and I've run my 44 psi rear tires at 51 psi for 20,000 miles without an issue. (They actually wear evenly instead of on the edges.)

yeah, gotta love the grapevine....

but I won't turn off the engine......but I will COAST in nuetral.

and I will double check my max psi.
