Supercheap Mtb/hybrid bike build- Beginner at work!

Just been out on it (shedtastic trainer times) and got the old average speed up from 10.3 to 10.6 mph.

Think next goal now is to be able to do 7 miles in 35mins.

Need get out at the weekend- want to get a couple of pbs on the old strava sections!

Been smoking this along at 6.6 miles in 35 mins for 3 or 4 rides so far..

Tonight i tried a bit moarer.

6.6 in 33 ftw..may go for magic 7 in 35 tomorrow.

Hi. Just read your thread. Nice work. When you say miles I assume you mean miles Imperial, correct?

hi, yep miles imperial!

not been on it for a wee while- due to being sick of the gearchange and the bloody shed whilst cycling.

plans are afoot to get back on it this week
