Here's where I'm at...
Got the valve cover off, and all looks good to me when cranking it... Oil is flowing, cam is turning, all the lobs are good- lifters are going up and down as they should, I don't know? If the lifters are being pushed up and down, that valves are moving right, wish I could see from the plug hole. Up in there, to see if things are from sure moving as they should...
The one thing that I still can't get off of. When cranking it over the throttle body is "dry" on the time, if I cut the fuel line- to get it pulled off all the way. And catch the fuel, how much we talking about, that should come out?
Back to the throttle body, like I said its' "always dry" should I see something here right? I sprays from here into the intake and gets distributed from that point to the cylinders... I just not seeing any fuel- I swear I'm just cranking air, no- or not enough fuel to do anything?
Going to try taking it off, maybe it's plugged up- or not good?
Any suggestions?

Major break through tonight! :)
So I was looking around on line and saw another XFi 2.5 miles from my house, for sale! ($600 bucks) if you're wondering by the way?
So I go over there, thinking- maybe I'll buy it if it's descent. It wouldn't start, "out of gas", so I went and got some and we put it in. While he was cranking it, fuel was just "chugging" onto the throttle body with every crank of the engine!!!! My Dad and I did exactly that today, here the "prime" of the pumps on both cars, but with mine NOTHING, NO FUEL today when cranking it! It was clearly visible, and when it started finally- it was swoosh with the throttle when opened. That was the "coolest thing" id seen all day!!!!
That is where I'm going to focus my energy tomorrow, getting that thing off- making sure it's not clogged, and or get it to work or replace it!
"It's got to have fuel to run" One of the basic needs of an engine, thanks Buddy! "KISS" Keep it simple stupid!!!

So.... did you buy the one for $600? As for the injector, have you verified that it has 12 volts at the injector?

As for buying the other one, I don't need another car that doesn't run right now... I don't live in area with a lot of parking so, no.
If any one is interested in it, let me know and I can send pictures etc, it's a'94 XFi with 170000 no rust "western states" car- $600- running!
I was going to pull it off first, make sure it's not clogged- how what I check for the 12V at the Injector?

I am considering it very much so... He has an appointment set to have the Safety and I/M test done, and get the check engine light taken care of, after that I'll pick it up for sure! $600 is a great price, even for a none XFi Metro, just for the MPG...

This morning, after finding out my injector is not firing off while cranking this one over. I can't get the "black cover" off the injector to save my life...? Two screws... twist them any harder and I'm going to strip them- nothing is easy
Tried tapping on them with a screw driver and hammer, PB Blaster, they aren't "left handed" threads are they?

It's not spraying for sure, relay fuse (15A) is still good. Pulled the line off and primed it twice with the ignition and got about a "Cups" worth of fuel, so I'm good there.
Nothings easy right...

To check for voltage you would need either a noid light, a test light or a digital volt ohm meter. Have someone try to start it while you probe the wires. It's a white, 2 wire plug on the passenger's side of the car at the top and side of the throttle body.
