I'm in Brazil, and so is the OP. Well, there were some Chinese trikes imported with a car-like cockpit which became a PITA to register, and some had to be registered as tractors.

In the USA one can build a T-bucket at home and get it registered- no bumpers, no emissions, no fenders, not much of anything really.

That is the Munstermobile. It was built by George Barris, the same guy that butchered the once-beautiful Lincoln Futura into a Batmobile. His brother Sam did all the classic lead-sled top chops in the 50s and died early. In the 60s and later George went Hollywood.

And it has [thin] fenders. Here is a home-made example:

On USA if a guy find petrol in his property he get rich. On Brazil government takes 99,5% or so.

Brazilian judges are better paid than european and USA judges, and also have extras for by suits and for rent homes, even if they already have homes. And when they are caught on crime they are rewarded with full salary retirement.
They are also kind and benevolent with rich criminals who stolen 20 milions, and cruel with poor criminals who stolen a wallet.

I bet many americans don't believe us when we say such things...
