HHO does not add enough energy to the system to overcome the cost of production onboard the vehicle itself.
If you could generate hydrogen with a solar energy source, THEN you could improve overall economy, but the same time and money spent on solar systems would be better if it heated or supplemented household energy requirements.
Is there a benefit for the extra (although pitiful) amount of energy, contained in the hydrogen, or in the oxygen concentration in the mixture?
Absolutely there is a benefit, but the cost of generation, and the inefficiency of such generation will always outweigh any benefit, in economy.

Can't we find better things to discuss, even to argue about, than this perpetually running scam that wastes time and bandwidth on this forum. If not then I guess we wouldbebetter off discussing the perpetualmotor, driven by magnetism. Free energy with no fuel, there is still a part of my mind (mostly repressed) That thinks that might be possible. Remember the Earth itself is a generator. Is it possible that we can harness that energy source for free mechanical effort?

Mech,

Here's my offer. Call YOUR local University's Physics Dept. Ask for the Professor who is probably the best Thermodynamicist (Associate or Full Professor only is acceptable). Get him on the phone and tell him you will pay him $250 for about one hour of his time- he is to read a forum thread and settle a bet, which is "Is what Rusty is saying violating any of the laws of thermodynamics?" Tell him he is free to chime in with any other opinions as well (including any apparent retards that he would have thrown out of his class on the first day), and his response will be published in this thread.

PM me with his phone # so that I can call to establish his credentials and arrange for his payment.

Now normally, I'd say loser pays. But I really don't expect any of y'all to put your "money where your mouth is". And I don't expect folks like p-hack to make good on their debts.

So I will cover it.

There. My money is on the table. Prove to me y'all are big enough men to back up all of y'all's obnoxious crap science trash talk that y'all have spread across multiple threads.

Shut up or put up.

Frank,

I'd expected a remark like that from you.

What's the matter boy? Ain't got the cajones for an outside expert review?

Then STFU and quit spreading your crap science.

My money is out there.

Where's yours?

Scared to face a review? I'd say your "cat" avatar tells us more about you than anything else.

I don't have an issue with what rusty is saying, though there are some unanswered questions. Nice diversion though, way to "science" bro.

It doesn't even make sense, you make a "wager" that I wouldn't take, then use that to bootstrap an insinuation about my willingness to repay wagers?!?

What did you used to teach anyway, "intelligent design"?

Then YOU arrange for the review- the way I laid it out for mech.

It's my dime puss.

And P-hack, sit back down- I didn't hear no bell. Besides, I'm just getting started. One of you WILL take my offer.

Easy enough to take. Call the prof. PM me so I can confirm his credentials. He reviews, I'll pay.

Who wants to play?
