And part of the reason why I'd love to see her. I feel like I already know her.
Srsly... i have like.. an emotional involvement with that car. I saw the first video you posted of her under power. Kinda like taking her first steps.

This last tank I got 615 kilometres to a tank! That works out as 9.164L/100km - the lowest I've ever gotten.
It turns out I've been really good at going easy on the throttle - after the halfway mark on the fuel gauge. This time I made sure to drive easy right from the start, and it makes a big difference. I guess that makes sense as the car is heaviest then.
Now I just have to do that from now on. :P

record breaking tank in my Saturn Vue today.
34.86 mpg (hwy) , I discovered that simply setting the cruise control at 55 mph will yield results like this on the highway.
most satisfying moment of the day: some guy tailgating me for ~2 miles, couldn't pass because of traffic in other lanes. finally finds himself an opening and zooms past, i notice the nice little hybrid symbol on the back of his tahoe...
he pulls into a rest stop about half a mile after passing me. I got off too, nature calls :-S
he recognized my car and asked "Why the hell do you drive so gawddamn slow?"
I simply showed him the 32mpg tank readout on the scanguage. he told me hes never seen above 18 in the tahoe hybrid. he also saw the back of my car, which i currently carrying about 700lbs of stuff. I'm moving cross country. :-)
BTW im too lazy to update my fuel log, so w/e

I just completed the MPGuino release one workspace thread.
89 pages beats ForkenSwift by a few.
I laughed. I cried. I was on the edge of my seat.
It didn't quite answer all question that will be asked but it gave great insight and clues to the maniacs behind the madness and the ghost in the machine. (thanks to all contributors by the way )
Kind of reminded me of reading a Gene Wolfe novel. Little clues that make you realize days or weeks later the existence of a subplot unawares in the original reading.

Bested this last week - 504 miles on a tank!!
I also started biking to work - almost 18km each way, and got other teachers/my students calling me crazy!
