Type III flatmotor? Pickup truck?
Here's how they do it in Brazil, IDK if cRiPpLe_rOoStEr has seen any.
The back of the cab is cut to the contour of the seatback inside, the crown in the roof is retained but it is concaved just ahead to give a spoiler effect.

The only Beetle truck conversions that I have seen were fiberglass-bodied and retained the Type 1 engine.

Wonder how he keeps the front end stuck to the ground. All the ty 3 trikes I knew of had wheelie bars.
