Yep Plugs and coils. (Sometimes they loosen and sometimes grounds do it too)
After that egr valve and Vtec sock
Valve lash too.
In my case my car loves to jerky when it's cold or wet and rainy.
Best improvement was running a $1 vacuum hose shoved into the intake tie strapped so it was near the cat then use s oval bottomed cardboard cutout with duck taped handle.
I have also found when the car won't stop herky jerky that a gallon or two of e85 stops it. Mystery oil helps with hard to solve jerky.
If you just want to drive and put off some of the repairs the above 3 really help.
Good luck

When you do the valve lash there is a strainer/screen like object that many times might as well be cleaned or replaced.
My car hates cold humid weather (like we have in Wisconsin now)
And a simple oval bottomed cardboard grill block shoved in the radiator along with a simple wai really help.
Good luck

Driving around last night I got the CEL to pop on to get some codes. I got P0300, P0302 and P0303 which are all misfire codes. Not too surprised...
Even still, mileage is up to 57 mpg. Dang impressive car.

Have you checked that your plugs haven't backed out? It's pretty common on these cars.

I sure hope that's not the case. I pulled them out when I got the car to inspect CT them. They need replacing anyway as I'm pretty sure they are original.

I pulled the plugs again today while also checking the head for the plug letters (which are all Bs). The plugs were all in tight.
I also did check the 12V battery about 1 hour after I was home. The voltage was resting at 12.2V. That is definitely on the low side. Can this cause weird issues?
Talking of weird issues, I was driving along today on the way to a meeting, and I stopped at a stop sign and the whole car just died. The instrument cluster just went dark. I turned it off and attempted to turn it back on, but I got nothing. I turned on the flashers so the car behind would go around. I sat for a while, tried it a couple more times, and finally it started up like there were no issues. Very odd and not confidence inspiring.

When my 12v battery died, it died very thoroughly before I even noticed it because the car doesn't use it to start. When it kicked the bucket, I noticed because I could start the car with the hybrid battery but the instrument cluster didn't come on and so I had no gauges. The radio didn't come on. The car ran, but it ran rough and had almost no power.
I think normal resting voltage for the battery is ~12.6v?
It's possible you have a bad ground strap somewhere too, I'd give them all a visual inspection.
