Once the electrician pulls permits and installs my second meter with disconnect base I will know.

Some of the design points.
I'm likely buying gently used utility panels from a dealer in Gilbert AZ.
Have them shipped to where I work to save on freight.
A sunny boy secure power supply grid tie inverter.
The largest, highest voltage panels I can get my hands on.
I have a south facing metal roof.
Hopefully the pay back time can be around 5 years.

Leveling off isn't stabilizing?

Telling people they lack imagination is not useful, it is criticizing without offering a solution.
The trick with demographics is the Population Pyramid.

Lack of imagination? The solution has been on the table since the 1970s -- Utopia or Oblivion.

Weather channel says the for the lower 48 states this was the most snow coverer November since the first long term picture taking weather satellite went up 50 years ago. Snowiest November that we know of, probably going back to the 1950s.
This is perfectly in line with what the old timers are saying, that this is the worst fall they have seen since at least the 1950s or 1960s.

I was told that snowy winters would soon be a thing of the past because of man made global warming.

We had a couple of record hot days for the date. Happens repeatedly every few weeks now.
Many trees still have their leafs, often still green and all. Some dropped them in August and have grown new ones. But my garden has several dead plants, completely devoured by bugs in numbers never seen before.

Record drought too. It rains, but the deficit is half a meter in some places, causing the ground to collapse and several hundred thousand houses over here are either damaged or in immediate threat of damage. Watering fields is still banned in some places, due to continuous low river volumes, and have been for over half a year now.
Just a week ago several gas stations were sold out as boats cannot bring it in.

The climate is getting warmer on average, but it also is getting more extremes.
North America's cold spell is one such extreme, as is our drought and heat.

We are not talking a few warm days.
This is the bulk of the United states, for a month with something never before observed from satellite.

All I can say is the EU is doing their part.

Why would anyone be attached to living in a world with seven billion people or 9, or 11 billion or more? What possible benefit would you accrue from having so many humans on the planet and so little room left for anything else? What kind of worldview attends such a Humanocentralism? How long can all we love and hold dear prosper in a world with an increasingly unstable climate, a diminished environmental support system, and the collapse of the biosphere? Are we so self absorbed as a species that nothing else matters but the here and now, and our own unenlightened self interest?

But we must! The book says so. It is the will of the divine entity - the Truth.

Population numbers isn't the only problem.
