I interpreted them to be historical events.
The 5411 event would be 3461 B.C., the other, 5226 B.C..
Scientists avoid 'biblical' timekeeping, and it seems like we're left to interpret what they actually mean.

Those would be BCE.

5411 minus 3461 is 1950. :confuded:

More evidence that solar maximum doesn't have any effect at ground level.

I prefer when scientists use the metric ' before the present year/time .'

I looked at the information, but didn't see that any attribution to a solar maximum and the rainfall was made. Help me out here please.

The rain fall peaks in some places during solar maximum, some places solar minimum and a few places both.
There's no way it's random over that much time.
In new Mexico it gets dry AF during solar minimum and floods during solar maximum.

In all the research I've looked at, I've never seen anything which tied the two things together, on a global scale anyway.
All the local, regional , national, continental, hemispheric, etc. weather data is lumped in together for statistical analysis, which is what's reported in the data centers.

'rain'

Rain's a peculiar animal.
The California mega-drought went through two complete, eleven-year solar cycles, and no matter, 'minimum' nor 'maximum', or El Nino / La Nina, they just couldn't catch a break.

Allegedly.... there were shenanigans around the time the Julian calendar was superceded by the Gregorian. Plus there was an 'adjuctment to the Julian in 45BC[E]. Plus there is the posibility that a millenium was lost when i650 became 1650.
