I found that in average 5,1% of americans have being on jail at least once.
Chances of a person go to prison is 9% formen and 1% women.
Testosteron or pratiarchal value, or both ?

Most are blacks (16,2%), followed by hispanics (9,4%) and then whites (2,5%).
That's a lot, but justice on USA use to find the criminals, while on Brazil only a minory are found, and even less if it's about crimes among rich people.

70% reincidence?
So the system doin't really work.

Can statistic be racist, or it's just statisc ? For example, police knows statistics and use it as escuse to check/searcg much more black man than white man.
What if a study tries to find out the profile of criminals int terms of clothes/dressing style ? Science or prejudice ???
Most black criminalos dress like rappers. Or don't ?

Police respond to calls, not to race. That isn't to say there are not prejudiced officers, only to say that those committing crimes are most likely to go to jail.

Among the best predictors of incarceration is family structure. In most measurable ways, those raised in single parent families are less likely to achieve good outcomes and more likely to suffer bad outcomes. There is a large disparity between the cultures in the US for single parent families.

In the US, we distinguish between jail and prison. Jail is generally shorter term; less than 1 year, and mostly serves to house people charged with misdemeanor crimes. Prison is usually for felony convictions and incarceration lasting over 1 year.

My parents got married before I was born and they stayed together. I still went to prison. However, in most other measurable ways I have achieved the good things predicted by parents that remain together.

Only twice have I been in jail.

Once, inspecting the brig at Ft. Lewis on the Courts Martial. And I bounced through every jail in the County when I was on jury duty.

Black got jail 6x more than whites.
The percentage o single mother among black it's alarming, but not 6x more than whites. Sons of single black single mothers go 3x to jail than sons of white single mothers.
I conclude the quality of moral values are better among single whithe mother than among single black mothers. There are some social side that counts, but it can't explain everything alone.

Strange... Compare the two graphic for 1960 for blacks. How can be more kids living with single mother than kids born from single mothers ?

Explanations are more complex than we care to admit, which is why I used a vague statement like single parent families is a predictor, rather than attribute the entire problem to it. There are many contributing factors, and the answer is far more complex than we realize.

What is happening today is more forward thinking blacks are talking about 400 years of slavery being a choice and getting off the Democratic plantation.

People's minds might change.

Dad spent a while in jail. He was responsible for the construction and he ordered the crews to set up heaters when they put in the flooring. It looked like the floor in one cell was messed up, he went in to inspect, and the door closed and locked as soon as he turned his back.

The guy with a key was an hour away.

The crew thought it was hilarious.

Not my assertion, it's from Kanye West. The more traditional formulation (I would presume) is 'It's better to die on you feet than live on your knees."

The point made by Scott Adams is that blacks could be a powerful voting block if they weren't Democrat by default. And they understood that white people died to end slavery (at least locally).

It's almost epidemic...
There's also a lot of selection at work there. If the people making that '70s "documentary" got a bunch of obese people in a shot, they'd likely be edited out.

There's also a lot of self-selection. Do you grocery shopping at say Whole Foods (a US supermarket chain selling "natural"/organic food), and you will see very few obese people. Shop in the WalMart grocery section, and you'll see few non-obese ones.
