Other than it is a collection of parts from different years? Has a banana so it's body is older than july 70, tha aft is all post 72, small turn signals in the front........
I suppose the furxx badge has something to do with it being unusual.

Banana: the vent added just aft of the rear windows because you couldn't get the doors open after a hot day or on really cold mornings even in a garage.

Thought class 11 was basically street legal with only off road tires

No copy/paste for you and me; but basically stock, with nine cross-referenced rules that affect everybody [helmets]. Front and rear suspension get three paragraphs each of permissible modifications.
For instance you can fill the speedometer cable hole in the left front spindle.
And the thumbnail says '...s 11 Final - Friday'.
