The asking price makes me cringe because I only got $1450 for this:
FB,
I checked out a Super in basically that condition today and the asking price was $6k!!! I feel the car was a solid $3500 car. $6k is insane!

The wing stands out, but what about those whale-tail rudders on the rear fenders or whatever they are, and the exhaust ducts let into the face of the doors?

On the old racing bugs you always see them drill holes in the rear fenders to let air out. I think those let air out of the new bug fenders. Though I don't know why they need to be such large structures to do that...

I'm going to stop and ask about a mid 70's bus tomorrow. Its a rust bucket. But maybe it won't be priced $5k more than what its worth, fingers crossed.

It's a front-engine platform. There's separate ducting for the radiator air.

I like the biplane rudder. If the tail swings out, the outside rudder catches air and pulls it back in. Kind of like a shuttlecock.

I miss my Dove Blue panel van.

The exhaust note is different with a 1600 with dual Solexes, but I used to take excursions through the Oregon Coast Range in it.
