Just A Car Guy: looks like the right sort of lake hopper to me... small, with a VW engine and a couple gas tanks. You actually don't need anything more from a plane when going fishing (room for bait, poles, snacks and beer of course)

It looks like the 50s or 60s, so 36hp?

I wish the front wheel was turned out, but I think I get it.

I ran wide-fives with Buick 8-inch rims in the 1970s. Those front wheels — I traded the set of four for a Dasher diesel 3-door a few years back. I'd had them for 40 years on various vehicles.



Bad camber in back, but I didn't know yet.

I just share the pictures I get from local celebrity types.
Me, I like bugs that either handle well, or are riding truck tires with drab paint. If they have a panel truck, sedan delivery, or extended pickup body mod then all the better!
