Yes. Close enough for my jury vote.

i was driving a 2005 hyundai accent 3 door probably not much bigger than a metro. i did offend this guy i could even cut him off that car doesn't have the guts to pull that kind of move. he had been on my bumper for about 2-3 minutes im in the right line of three one way speed limit 60 i think im doing 55 ish when he passes me as i exit he i geuss is still trying to pass me on the off ramp and ran out of room. he said his blinker was on and he had right of way. ( im thinking i didnt remember turning your blinker on giving you auto right away to cross two lanes of traffic without looking or caring. ) he had ample opportunity to take different turn as i made several turns in the neighbor hood before getting stuck at a sign. i didnt plan on a confrontation. i would have just kept driving around in circles to he got bored. i asked my friend the cop again about it he said if i was in my vehicle and he approached i could not have escaped and would have been justified in using force to defend my self. as i was standing in the open door of my car it would have been a grey area the door was in the way of my escape. i didnt want to shoot the guy, if i did he would be 6 feet under. after work i just want to go home relax and start on the list of crap my wife has for me to do every day.

oh and on the getting out to fight situation things i have learned from numerous martial arts schools and training rings. no body wins in a fight, fighting hurts, if the other guy has a knife your going to bleed if you both have knives your both more than likely going to bleed if you both have a gun well, i geuss how frank said it the wild west who draws faster. i spend plenty of time at the range.

Oh yes I'm totally convinced a gun carrier called drive to die is all about defense.
Next time Burger King screws up my order I should pull out a piece to help their focus.

and at arragonis im closer than usual to scotland im on vacation in europe, enjoying eastern ukraine right now. dont worry left my pistol in the u.s.

Or in front of you
But you're right, you never know who the other guy is, and like the bloke you came across, you might be in for one hell of a surprise.

I see a lot of typical panzy azzed comments about what drv2 faced.
when did you all get your ballz cut off ?
this IS still the US of A is it not ?
you all come across as brainwashed into believing the world is basically full of nice, mis-understood people without a mean bone in their bodies... trust me, its not.
if someone comes up to me in a threatening manner like what happened with him, you damn well better bet Im going to take care of business, most especially because more than 95% of the time I have my son with me.
whether that involves a gun, my vehicle or some other object is a moot point, we ALL have a right to defend ourselves.
now granted, I would rather it NOT get to that point, but there are people out there who are just looking for it.
as I posted earlier in this very thread, Ive had guns pulled on me while driving, for no OTHER reason than following the laws and being safe.
so tell me, how does that figure into your dreamy image of reality ?
drv2 had EVERY right to do what he did, how did he know the guy really did NOT have every intention of jacking his car ? maybe the guy did have a knife that he didnt have a chance to pull since a gun was pulled first ?

Ooo, big net tough talk!
Glad you guys aren't in employment positions where lethal force decisions HAVE to be made; the department would max out their legal budget defending you.

no decision there, if I was in the employment position where lethal force is an option, I would choose it every time.
and frank, until you have actually had a gun pulled on you, seriously, stop talking like you understand, because... simply put, you dont.
